We are also registered with the Information Commissioner's Office with registration number: ZA5244985.
We specialise in assessing the credit risk of small and medium enterprises (“SMEs”). We do not assess private individuals, but only companies based on public data. Our risk assessment does not affect your personal credit score or that of your business.
The information and materials contained in the Website (“Content”) is for general information only, and we provide it as it becomes available. We take reasonable care to check that the Content is accurate and complete before we publish it on the Website. However, we cannot guarantee that the Content will be accurate, available, complete or fit to any particular purpose. This is because we get out information from a number of sources and also because of the issues involved with providing information over the Internet. We do not guarantee that the Content is free from viruses, or that you will always be able to use the Website without any interruption or error. If you download any Content to your computer or take the Content from the Website in any other way, you do so at your own risk.

We cannot guarantee that our Service will be successful for you, neither are we obliged to provide our Service to you. Access to the platform
We may provide part or all of the Services by granting you access to the Wiserfunding Platform (the “Platform”), which allows you to access risk assessment information in relation to SMEs. Where we provide the Services via the Platform, we will provide you with terms and conditions in relation to the use of the Platform.
Our intellectual property
We or our licensors own all the rights to all the Content contained and to the Website. You recognise that unless otherwise stated in writing we do not grant you any intellectual property rights in relation to the Website, the Content or Services, which include copyright, database rights, our trademarks, domain names, design rights and patents.
We may send any notices to you by email to the address provided when you register with the Website, or otherwise as updated by you. You agree that we may send you notices via email or via alerts.
We reserve the right to make changes to the Content, the Website and these Terms at any time. By using the website after we make changes to it, you are agreeing to the changes.
These Terms are governed and will be interpreted in accordance with English law and we both agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any dispute that might arise.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable. Failure to exercise or enforce rights or provisions shall not constitute a waiver.
